Your Perspectives

Young professionals learn to assume responsibility early on in their career. Within a few years, the path is open to move from project engineer to project manager. Our Schüßler-Plan Academy is there to support your technical further training and also offers management and communication seminars. Experienced professionals will also find additional topics such as leadership and business behaviour. Planning work at our company uses the latest start-of-the-art methods, so we attach great importance to staff training in digital working and planning methods such as BIM.

Schoolchildren

Since 2001, Girls’ Day has taken place every year as part of a nationwide campaign in Germany. Girls’ Day, which takes place once a year, encourages young women to takes up technical and scientific professions. This helps increase the number of female employees in what are regarded as “male professions” but also reduces the lack of skilled professionals in industry. In the past few years, many German states have organised a separate Girls’ Day in addition to Boys’ Day and call it by the general term of “Future Prospects for Girls”.

This year, we are also participating in the campaign day at many office locations to offer children the opportunity of experiencing our company on a “taster day”. There are still free places for the next Girls’ Day which takes place on 22 April 2021. Check out the latest news at Girls' Day Radar where girls can apply directly.

This challenging 3-year training course provides you with exciting wide-ranging areas of activity. For example, you will draft scale drawings and plans for the building sector and convert draft sketches and specifications supplied by architects. This forms the basis for a successful implementation of the construction project.

What we expect from you

Your average mark is not the decisive factor for whether we are compatible or not. We are interested in people, their personality and their overall skills.
